Kokomo Chiropractic is looking for a motivated, personable chiropractor to join our established practice in Kokomo, Indiana. We are highly motivated to find the right individual and are willing to be flexible in structuring compensation and a large sign-on incentive for the right candidate.
This is an opportunity to join a well-established chiropractic office with more than 40 years of history and a strong reputation in the Kokomo community. We have a diverse patient population, a steady flow of new patients with relatively little advertising, and a strong relationship with the VA through Community Care.
The Position
-Full-time associate chiropractor
-Approximately 25 patient treatment hours per week, plus some after-hours responsibilities
-Weekend hours optional
-Established patient base and consistent new-patient flow
-Diverse patient population
-Ongoing VA Community Care referrals
-Experienced staff and established office systems
-Opportunity to develop your own patient relationships and clinical style
-Opportunity for increasing responsibility and leadership within the practice
Compensation & Incentives
Compensation is negotiable and will be based on experience, qualifications, and the overall arrangement.
For the right candidate, we are offering a large sign-on incentive, with the potential for additional financial incentives tied to long-term involvement and increased responsibility within the practice.
We are particularly interested in finding someone who wants to build something long-term rather than simply work as an associate. For the right individual, there may be opportunities for a much greater role in the future, including participation in the continued growth and direction of the practice.
