HOURS: Up to 5 hours/week
JOB OUTLINE:
This position will be filled by an experienced gardener who is able to work alone and also willing to work with Facilities and the Sustainability Council to achieve our vision for the student garden. This worker will report to the Campus Operations Manager. The job includes 5 hours a week of routine maintenance of the garden such as weeding, watering, harvesting, and replanting as needed. The Sustainability Council Officers and Advisor will maintain close communication with this student worker and help coordinate all efforts to help the garden flourish.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
At least one year of gardening experience and the ability to do strenuous physical labor, including lifting up to 40 lbs.
