Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Soft Tissue Therapist to join our chiropractic team on a part-time and/or substitute basis within a corporate wellness center. This position is well-suited for senior students and recent graduates looking to gain hands-on clinical experience, build confidence, and work alongside experienced chiropractors in a professional, low-stress setting.
This role offers flexible scheduling, consistent weekday hours, and exposure to a collaborative, multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
What You’ll Do
Provide soft tissue therapy services under established clinical protocols
Work closely with chiropractors to support patient care and wellness goals
Gain real-world experience treating common musculoskeletal and workplace-related conditions
Maintain clear and accurate treatment notes (training and guidance provided)
Educate clients on basic self-care, stretching, and ergonomics as appropriate
Uphold a professional, respectful, and HIPAA-compliant environment
Who We’re Looking For
Senior students nearing graduation or recent graduates of an accredited chiropractic college
Strong interest in clinical work and integrative care
Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow professionally
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a team-based setting
Prior chiropractic or clinical experience not required
Schedule & Compensation
Flexible part-time and substitute shifts
Primarily weekday hours (great for work–life balance)
