You will be hired to be the primary chiropractor at this wellness co-op location.
Base Salary $4000/mo + tiered commission based on earnings/service provided each month.
The office offers Chiropractic, Massage and Red Light Therapy.
We will offer front desk support most of the time and run ads to bring in business.
You will do intake exam and consultations, adjustments, send out for x-rays to sister location, read x-rays, make reports for clients with findings, chiropractic care plan, stretches and exercises.
Learn about red light therapy and normatec and massage services offered on sight and refer to them as needed.
Learn how to support front desk, red light services and normatec compression massage services.
Outreach – tabling to promote chiropractic care and bring in new clients
– lunch and learn to educate about chiropractic care, and red light therapy and bring in new clients
– build network of referral partners with complimentary services in good proximity to office.
Sales and closing – must be comfortable and able to make care plans and sell packages and memberships to clients for 3-6months of care at a time.
Must be warm, welcoming, nurturing, holistic and outgoing.
Work well in a group/team environment.
Good communication a must.
