Associate Chiropractor Opportunity
Location: Oakland, CA
Compensation: $55,000-$70,000/year
(Room for some change and growth in the coming years, depending upon patient bookings, your schedule, and your modalities offered. Potential for purchase of business, or joint ownership for the right candidate).
Schedule: ~30 hours/week with some flexibility | Monday (PM), Wednesday, Thursday, Friday | Tuesdays & Weekends Off (if desired)

Led by Dr. William Ruch—pioneer in biophysical chiropractic and whole-body integration—Since 1987, we provide individualized, low-force care that addresses the root causes of pain and dysfunction. What We Offer
- Low-force techniques including Activator, Drop Table, SOT, and DNFT
- Prenatal expertise with The Level Pelvis Method for pregnancy and labor support

- Patient-centered appointments (20–30 minutes each)
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a compassionate, motivated Associate Chiropractor who is excited to learn, grow, and deliver care with integrity. Ideal for a recent graduate or experienced chiropractor looking to practice in a low-force, neurologically-informed model.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver precise, low-force chiropractic adjustments
- Learn and apply Dr. Ruch’s signature methods, including The Level Pelvis Method
- Conduct consultations, exams, and re-evaluations
- Co-manage care with massage therapists and clinic team
- Administer Class IV laser therapy (training and certification provided)
- Maintain clear, thorough documentation
- Participate in periodic team meetings
Qualifications
- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree and current California license
- Passed NBCE Parts I–IV & PT
- Malpractice insurance (required)
- Strong interest in low-force, neuromuscular chiropractic care
- Experience with or willingness to learn Jane App (preferred)
- Eager to learn, collaborate, and grow
- Bonus: Interest in prenatal care, extremity adjusting, or soft tissue integration
Compensation & Growth
Yearly Estimated/Average Income: $55,000-$70,000/year
(our pay structure is based upon a combination of patients seen, extent of adjustment, and additional modalities provided. This works out to a maximum of $115/hour)
Mentorship: Direct training with Dr. Ruch and leadership growth opportunities
Work-Life Balance
- Monday: 1 PM – 6 PM
- Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 10 AM – 6 PM
- Tuesdays + Weekends Off (but with an option to add availability during these times, if desired or preferred)
- Total Hours: 27–30 per week
