📌 What You’ll Do

You’ll be mentored and supported as you grow across five key areas:

  1. Be an Active Team Member

  2. Help Grow Our Community Impact
    You’ll help expand awareness of NUCCA care through outreach, community education, and patient communication—sharing what we do and why it matters.
  3. Deliver a Standout New Patient Experience
    From the first consultation, you’ll make patients feel seen, heard, and hopeful. You’ll guide them through their care plan with confidence and compassion.
  4. Pursue Clinical & Professional Excellence
    With ongoing training, feedback, and support, you’ll work toward mastering high-level analysis, adjustments, and x-ray protocols—earning respect from peers and patients alike.
  5. Create Long-Term Healing Journeys
    You’ll build trust with patients throughout their care, encourage consistency, and celebrate milestones along the way—because healing is personal, and we treat it that way.

📌 What We’re Looking For

  • Doctor of Chiropractic (licensed or eligible in Washington
  • NUCCA experience preferred — or strong desire to pursue board-level certification
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for patient care
  • Coachable, team-oriented, and committed to continuous growth
  • Comfortable connecting with patients and providers in person and online
