RESPONSIBILITIES
· Full time
· Master office procedures and scripts
· Perform consultation, exam and report of findings
· Proficiently take X-rays, read and report
· Know, understand & use all office equipment
· Educate patient in layman’s terms (daily office visit, patient orientation class, outside events, etc.)
· Proficient adjuster using techniques of the office
· Case management (Dx, Tx plans, Supplies, etc.)
· Instruct & demonstrate home care
· New patient marketing (internal and external)
· Competently understand, communicate & execute corrective care and maintenance
· Maintain professional/healing office atmosphere
· Efficient time/activity management
· Help keep office tidy & clean (spot clean, wipe down tables, take out trash when needed, etc.)
· If it needs to get done…DO IT!!!!

It is rarely a dull moment in the office with patient interaction along with Dr. Bartlett’s entertaining style including made up songs and an ever-ready dad joke. As a team, we are a dynamic, positive, upbeat, encouraging, inviting, holistic and warm office. Patients range from a few days old to over 100 years of age in our moderate to high volume practice with individualized treatment plans for each patient’s needs and conditions. We are in the office 5 days a week. With associates coming aboard, we will continue to expand our hours to help our community have less suffering and more fun!
As part of the team of Revelation Health, you will be treating all ages as we see patients from womb to tomb! We specialize in corrective care chiropractic. In our office, this means a patient’s first office visit includes a complete orthopedic, neurological, and chiropractic functional exam as well as a neural scan, including thermography, surface emg, heart rate variability, and X-rays, if needed. Analyzing all data, you will create a treatment plan for the patient which will be shared with the patient at a second visit.
The first and second visit last 1 to 1.5 hours, with treatment visits lasting anywhere from 5-15 minutes thereafter. A patient’s care will include home care exercises and stretches they will be taught through the duration of their treatment. Their plan may also include guidance on supplements, nutrition, and other needs. You will be managing patient cases from start to finish, including transitioning patients to maintenance care.
