Southern Nevada Medical Group is hiring a Chiropractor to join our multidisciplinary personal injury practice. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys collaborative care, values strong documentation, and wants to practice in an environment where chiropractic treatment is integrated with medical oversight to support excellent outcomes for injured patients.

What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate and treat patients with motor vehicle accident and personal injury-related musculoskeletal complaints (neck/back pain, headaches, radicular symptoms, sprains/strains, soft-tissue injuries, etc.)
  • Perform thorough initial exams, re-exams, and progress evaluations, including orthopedic and neurologic testing as appropriate
  • Develop and implement evidence-informed treatment plans and adjust plans based on objective findings and functional progress
  • Deliver high-quality chiropractic care (manual therapy, spinal/extremity adjustments, rehab/exercise prescription, soft-tissue techniques, and supportive modalities as indicated)
  • Work closely with our medical doctors and specialists to coordinate care plans, imaging/referrals, and return-to-work/activity recommendations
  • Maintain strong, compliant clinical documentation (SOAP notes, impairment/functional status, medical necessity, treatment rationale, prognosis)
  • Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and referral partners while providing a professional, supportive patient experience

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) from an accredited program
  • Active Nevada chiropractic license (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong competency in musculoskeletal evaluation and evidence-informed conservative care
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating with MDs and clinical staff
  • Strong documentation habits and attention to detail (PI experience is a plus, not required)
  • Professional, patient-first approach with a commitment to ethical care

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Experience in personal injury, MVA care, or multidisciplinary settings
  • Familiarity with documenting functional improvement and medical necessity
  • Comfort working with rehab/exercise programming and patient education
