The Heights Chiropractic is a wellness office, woman owned, that utilizes Full Spine, Thompson, and Activator techniques for pregnant women, pediatrics, athletes, desk workers, and everyone in between.
With an in house digital X-ray unit, we focus on posture goals and discuss maintenance from day one. Our office is a home-like environment created to educate people how lifestyle balance is the way to keep chiropractic adjustments as an essential part of their health care.
Dr. McCarty is looking for a female D.C. who is eager to grow their own business and rent a room in her office in Hayes Valley, to start. As a practicing chiropractor for 9+ years, she would be happy to invest her time and guidance for someone who is just beginning in the profession, or to collaborate with someone who has experience like hers.
While renting a room and building their own clientele, we ideally seek a chiropractor who can also be able to do coverage work, and is open to possible maternity coverage should that happen in the future. We would discuss the proper compensation or rent reduction for overlapping time and practices, and Dr. McCarty would be happy to do coverage in return.
Dr. McCarty absolutely loves this practice and clients, and there may be a time in the upcoming years where she leaves the city. That in mind, we are open to discussion for a possible buy-out to a chiropractor who she knows and trusts, and who has potentially worked with her client base already.
If renting a room, or starting a practice from the ground up, is not ideal, Dr. McCarty is open to discussing a working associate-esque relationship for the right individual who would like to work into a buy-out agreement. She would like to have someone come in who is looking to practice the way they want to practice, but also invest in making this office a collaborative place of healthcare.
