🚀 What This Role Actually Looks Like
This is not a “clock in, clock out” job.
You will:
✔️ Deliver powerful, intentional chiropractic care focused on natural healing principles
✔️ Lead patients through clear care plans (not just adjustments) with reproducible systems
✔️ Develop strong conversion, communication and marketing skills
✔️ Be coached weekly on performance, energy, and leadership
✔️ Be part of a fast-moving, growth-oriented TEAM environment
💰 Compensation (Real Numbers)
▷ $5,000/month base guaranteed
▷ Tiered % of collections (ramps quickly with performance)
▷ Malpractice covered
What that means:
Year 1 Average: $85,000 – $120,000
Top Performers: $150,000+ in first 2 years
If you produce, you get paid. (this is perfect for people who want to earn more for their performance)

We don’t leave you on your own.
You’ll receive:
✔️ Weekly coaching on communication, conversion, and patient experience
✔️ Hands-on mentorship in adjusting, tone, and flow (Dr. Jordan has trained 30+ associates)
✔️ Access to our internal systems and care models (Dr. Jordan has helped open 8 offices)
✔️ Office Call in – Walk in clients + training on developing client base
✔️ Paid attendance to Kairos Training Camp (Dr. Jordan is a “Lead Facilitator for Kairos Training Culture)
✔️ Exposure to high-level clinic operations and leadership
