$100,000 Starting Salary + Performance Bonuses | Housing Provided
Turning Point Chiropractic is hiring full-time Chiropractors to join our rapidly growing team across 9 clinics on Oahu.
This role is built for doctors who want high income, high patient volume, and clear performance-based upside—not capped potential.
Compensation & Benefits
• $100,000-$150,000 starting salary
• Additional performance-based bonuses tied to PV and retention
• Housing and transportation provided for first 2 month
• 3.5-day workweek

• Established marketing + call center driving strong NP flow
Practice Style
• High-volume, patient-centered chiropractic
• Strong focus on corrective care, long-term wellness, and outcomes
• Clear systems, training, and support to help you scale fast
What You’ll Do
• Perform evaluations, adjustments, and re-exams
• Deliver confident care plans focused on long-term wellness
• Educate patients on chiropractic, posture, mobility, and lifestyle
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
• Collaborate with a team of 20+ Doctors of Chiropractic
Qualifications
• Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.)
• Diversified technique preferred
• Strong communicator with confident adjusting skills
• Results-driven and coachable mindset
Location: Oahu, Hawaii (in-person, relocation required)
