Position Overview:

Seeking an exceptional Upper Cervical Chiropractor with Blair Upper Cervical Technique training to serve as the primary doctor in a rapidly growing upper cervical practice. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, holds themselves to the highest standard of patient care, and is committed to delivering excellent clinical results. Once onboarding is complete, you will take on a lead doctor role, as the senior doctor will be on-site only periodically. This position offers significant potential for advancement—including the opportunity to be promoted to Clinic Director within the first year for those who consistently demonstrate leadership, reliability, and superior performance with options for partnership and equity sharing.

We are seeking a doctor who desires long-term growth as part of our team, with the opportunity to take on leadership and clinic management responsibilities—without the burden of practice ownership. If you’re looking for a stable, rewarding associate career and not a short-term stepping stone, we’d love to meet you!

Ideal Opportunity for Associate:

Are you looking for a work environment where you can focus solely on being the best doctor & adjuster you can be rather than working on the marketing, sales and recruiting side of the practice? Imagine 100% focus on patient care without the pressures of your income being dependent on generating new leads. This position has no requirement for you to go out and find your own patients. Moreover, a generous bonus structure provides an optional incentive for recruiting and bringing in new patients (but it is not required).

This position presents a unique opportunity to rapidly expand your patient base organically while allowing you to focus exclusively on your clinical skills with competitive compensation, bonuses, and rapid advancement opportunities.

Our practice is strategically located in a bustling neighborhood nestled between Downtown LA, Beverly Hills and Hollywood (right on Wilshire Blvd). This prime location offers unparalleled access to patients from diverse areas across the greater Los Angeles region.
