This associate position presents a unique opportunity to rapidly expand your patient base organically while allowing you to focus exclusively on your clinical skills. In addition, this position provides growth toward advancement within the practice to Clinic Director. The main doctor is interested in developing a well-rounded professional that is highly skilled clinically, administratively and business-wise. 1-1 mentoring with a renowned Business Coach is also provided to prepare the associate not only for advancement to Clinic Director but for potential ownership shares as our practice continues its growth trajectory.
