Northern California Network office looking for an energy-rich practitioner to take over a well-established practice.
I’m getting ready to retire after 49 years as a Chiropractor and over 30 in various iterations of Network. My main interest is in seeing my practice members well cared for by an experienced practitioner with a good grounding in current Network Spinal principles. It’s a cozy, family-oriented office with plenty of room to grow. As I am slowing down, you would be building up and I am willing to work with you to make a smooth transition. Price is not a barrier!

Location: Fair Oaks, California, a suburb of Sacramento with great schools, a quaint old town nearby, and the beauty of northern California within arm’s reach. Yosemite National Park is 4 hours away, Tahoe for skiing, kayaking, and camping is about 1 1/2 hours up highway 80, and San Francisco is 1 1/2 hours in the other direction. Great location to raise children and plenty of opportunity for outdoor activities. Several Network docs in the area have recently retired, so the field is wide open for you to grow. My pracice members are like family and I’ve trained them well in Network principles and natural healing. You will love them and they will love you.
Office details: Small waiting room with a desk and 3 patient chairs, two entrainment rooms with newly recovered and updated tables, and an additional room for exams currently used for an infra-red sauna and patient over-flow with a massage table. This room could be sublet to a massage therapist or other practitioner if you prefer.
Other details: All-cash practice with monthly fee schedules and very low overhead. Rent is steady with no yearly increases. All utilities included.
Female practitioner with some experience preferred.
