We’re seeking a compassionate and motivated Associate Doctor of Chiropractic who is passionate about family wellness, restorative care, and serving patients with integrity and clinical excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations including patient history, exams, and diagnostic imaging as needed
- Deliver effective, personalized chiropractic adjustments using techniques such as Diversified, Thompson, Activator, Webster, etc.
- Educate patients on chiropractic care, healthy lifestyle habits, and long-term wellness goals
- Track patient progress through periodic re-evaluations and care plan check-ins
- Participate in team trainings, patient workshops, and community events
- Maintain accurate records and timely documentation using our EHR system
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth, supportive patient experience
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college
- Licensed (or license-eligible) to practice in Connecticut
- Strong foundation in wellness-based chiropractic care
- Excellent communication, rapport-building, and clinical reasoning skills
- Interest or experience in prenatal, pediatric, or family care is a plus
- Coachable, team-oriented, and committed to continuous learning and growth
