We are looking to add an amazing Doctor of Chiropractic to our team at Voitenko Wellness (located in Tustin, CA-Orange County). The right candidate must be able to work on a productive team and have great manual adjusting skills. We are looking for someone who is ready to jump in and help grow the business by helping with new patients. We have a great team, innovative therapies, x-Ray, and we are looking to expand our reach into the community to provide excellent chiropractic wellness care. We are looking for someone who wants to be with our office long-term and develop an interest in the patients they treat.
Our goal is to have a viable, expanding practice which delivers the highest quality health services and patient education, resulting in healthy, happy patients who refer others. We need someone who can adapt to change and bring a willing, positive attitude to work every day. Our office requires someone who has a high emotional intelligence, is engaging and friendly, and is invested in patient care and improvement.
Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Help with our two day new patient protocol
Getting patients to complete their recommended treatment programs on time resulting in healthy, pain-free patients who are satisfied with their service
Help the practice grow by executing internal and external marketing strategies including but not limited to internal promotions, calling patients, networking events, and company sponsored events
Attend all meetings and trainings as required by management
Input in a timely manner all SOAP notes for each patient treated
Perform new patient intakes, exams, re-exams, x-Rays, report of findings, adjustments, therapies as needed per the office and the patient
Hours: Full-time Monday-Friday and 2 Saturdays/month

Requirements:
-Current Chiropractic license
-Malpractice insurance
-Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
-Radiography operator license (or acquire within 3 months)
