Job Description & Requirements
A well-established chiropractic clinic in Bellingham, MA, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its team. This full-time position offers a base salary of $95,000–$100,000 (salary based negotiable based on experience), with performance-based bonuses tied to office KPIs.
The associate will work Monday through Thursday, 31–40 hours per week, with an expected patient volume of 200–250 visits per week. Doctors typically spend 3–5 minutes per patient.
Key responsibilities include:
Performing patient consultations and examinations
Taking and reviewing X-rays
Delivering Reports of Findings and care recommendations
Presenting financial plans and closing care plans
Providing chiropractic adjustments using Diversified, Palmer Package, and Drop techniques
Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care
Participating in professional development and seminars
Contributing to internal patient education, workshops, and referral-building activities
The practice operates under a shared-patient model where doctors work collaboratively to provide a consistent patient experience. The owner places a strong emphasis on maintaining a unified adjusting style and approach to care across the clinic.
Training is available for techniques specific to the practice, including anterior thoracic adjustments. Associates should be comfortable adjusting pediatric patients, as a portion of the patient base includes children and families.
