Schedule
Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: Variable hours based on clinic needs and patient demand
Tuesday & Thursday: Additional optional hours may be available based on patient demand, clinic needs, and the chiropractor’s availability
This schedule provides the opportunity for additional hours as the associate builds their patient base and grows within the practice.

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Associate Chiropractor who is passionate about patient-centered care, professional growth, and becoming part of a collaborative healthcare team.

Qualifications
Active New Jersey Chiropractic License required, or ability to obtain appropriate New Jersey licensure
New chiropractors are welcome to apply
Strong patient communication and relationship-building skills
Strong clinical reasoning and care-planning abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Professional, ethical, dependable, and patient-centered approach
Comfortable educating patients on wellness and preventative care
Willingness to participate in occasional community outreach, patient education, and practice marketing initiatives
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive chiropractic evaluations and examinations
Develop and manage individualized patient care plans
Provide chiropractic adjustments and other clinically appropriate therapies
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when appropriate
Educate patients on spinal health, wellness, injury prevention, ergonomics, and healthy lifestyle practices
Collaborate with chiropractors and other providers to deliver coordinated patient care
Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and other providers
Maintain a professional, welcoming, and compassionate patient experience
Participate in practice meetings and contribute to the continued growth and success of the clinic

Structured Onboarding & Support
The selected candidate will participate in a structured onboarding process designed to ensure a smooth transition into Live Well Chase Health Chiropractic. Onboarding will include orientation to our clinical systems, patient care protocols, documentation standards, office procedures, team expectations, and practice culture.
This process is designed to support both experienced chiropractors and those newer to practice so they can confidently integrate into the team and provide an excellent patient experience.
