Job Description & Requirements
A growing chiropractic clinic in Greensboro, NC, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its team. This full-time position offers a base salary of $90,000, along with monthly bonus opportunities and a conditional $3,000 sign-on bonus.
The associate will work Monday through Friday, includes 31–40 hours per week, with an expected patient volume of 200–300 visits per week. Doctors typically spend 3–5 minutes per patient.
Key responsibilities include:
Performing patient consultations and examinations
Taking and reviewing X-rays
Delivering Reports of Findings and care recommendations
Presenting financial plans and closing care plans
Providing chiropractic adjustments
Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care
Participating in team meetings, team trainings, and professional development seminars
Participating in patient education workshops, internal referrals, spinal screenings, outside talks, corporate talks, and networking events
Therapy and rehabilitation services are performed by other members of the team, allowing the associate to focus primarily on examinations, patient management, adjustments, and care plan recommendations.
The clinic operates under a shared-patient model and is seeking a chiropractor who can serve as a caregiver while helping support the continued growth of the practice. The long-term vision includes providing additional leadership support within the clinic while ownership remains involved.

Strong and confident manual adjuster
Comfortable in a high-volume practice environment
Interested in learning the Pettibon Technique
Team-oriented and growth-minded
Strong communication and patient education skills
Training in the Pettibon Technique is provided. Experience with Clear Institute methods is considered a plus but is not required.
Candidates must hold (or be eligible for) a North Carolina chiropractic license. Out-of-state candidates are welcome to apply.
