Job Description & Requirements:

A growing subluxation-based chiropractic clinic in Kamloops, BC, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its team. This full-time position offers a base salary of $100,000–$110,000 (salary negotiable based on experience), during the first year. After the first year, the associate will become eligible for profit-sharing opportunities, with future equity opportunities available as the practice expands into additional locations. The associate will work Tuesday to Friday with one Saturday morning per month.

This role averages 31–40 hours per week, with an expected patient volume of 200–250 adjustments per week. Doctors typically spend 3–5 minutes per patient.

Key responsibilities include:

Performing patient consultations and examinations
Taking patient X-rays
Delivering Reports of Findings and care recommendations
Providing chiropractic adjustments
Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care
Delivering therapy/rehab and exercise instruction
Providing nutritional and supplementation guidance
Incorporating functional medicine into patient care
Participating in professional development and seminars
Supporting patient education workshops, internal referrals, spinal screenings, corporate talks, networking events, and other community outreach initiatives

The practice operates within a shared-patient model, allowing doctors to collaborate while providing consistent, patient-centered care. Training and mentorship are provided for both clinical systems and patient attraction activities. Reports of Findings are presented using a video-based process to support patient education.
