Premier Health Chiropractic is seeking a motivated, patient-focused Chiropractor to join and help lead our established Walnut Creek clinic.

ABOUT OUR PRACTICE

Our Walnut Creek location is a hybrid cash and insurance practice. We believe in helping patients move beyond short-term symptom relief by creating personalized corrective and wellness-based care plans that improve function and support long-term health.

Our evidence-based approach incorporates:

• Chiropractic adjustments
• Soft-tissue treatment
• Exercise and rehabilitation programming
• Postural and functional assessments
• Patient education
• Corrective and wellness-based care plans

THE ROLE

This is a full-time, on-site position. The chiropractor will manage an established patient base while working closely with the clinical and administrative team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive patient examinations
• Diagnosing and managing musculoskeletal conditions
• Performing chiropractic adjustments and soft-tissue treatment
• Creating individualized corrective and wellness care plans
• Prescribing exercises and rehabilitation programs
• Clearly communicating examination findings and care recommendations
• Educating patients about their health and long-term wellness
• Supporting patient retention and clinic growth
• Leading and collaborating with the clinic team
• Participating in community outreach and local marketing activities

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a doctor who demonstrates three core values:

We prefer at least two years of clinical experience. However, we will consider an exceptional newer doctor or recent graduate who is the right fit for our culture, values, and long-term vision.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited program
• Active California chiropractic license or ability to obtain one before starting
• Strong knowledge of orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal examinations
• Confidence performing chiropractic adjustments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to clearly explain findings and care recommendations
• Commitment to patient-centered, wellness-based care
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Current ASH credentialing or willingness to complete the credentialing process
• Active Release Technique or related certifications are desirable but not required
