Established, busy chiropractic clinic in beautiful Blaine, WA is seeking a motivated associate chiropractor to help meet growing patient demand. We are actively building on top of a large patient base to start our new associate out strong! Located directly at the US-Canada border, our clinic is over 25 years established with a steady flow of new and existing patients. We are deeply rooted and respected for the patient care we provide our area.
Our goal is to see an associate thrive in this position as a benefit to everyone, including our care community. Base salary plus uncapped percentage earnings grows your income as your schedule and patient volume increase, with support from our team throughout insurance onboarding and credentialing.
Compensation
• $60,000–$90,000+ earning potential
• Base salary covers onboarding with transition to performance-based compensation
• Strong income growth potential as patient volume and insurance credentialing increase
What You’ll Do
• Evaluate and treat patients using chiropractic and manual therapies
• Develop individualized care plans
• Educate patients on movement, posture, and self-care
• Build strong patient relationships and contribute to a positive clinic environment
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in EHR
Who We’re Looking For
• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited program
• Washington State licensed and insured (or ability to obtain prior)
• Strong communicator with patient relationship-building skills
• Motivated, reliable, and growth-oriented mindset
